Due to additional onboarding requirements a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.
If the candidate is not local Capgemini will pay the expenses.

IMPORTANT MUST Have:
Candidate MUST have Meat Industry or Food or domains in Distribution Transportation Logistics Warehouse Management.
Signavio or Camunda tool experience is a MUST have.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders in the meat industry to gather and analyze business requirements related to distribution processes including order management inventory tracking and logistics.
SAP solutions to meet the unique needs of the meat industry focusing on distribution modules such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within distribution operations considering industryspecific challenges and requirements.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to define and document business processes and system requirements tailored to the meat industry.
Develop test plans conduct testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP enhancements and implementations in the meat industry context.
Provide enduser training and support during SAP implementations and postgolive phases addressing industryspecific challenges and requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP distribution modules within the meat industry providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and resolve systemrelated problems specific to the meat industry.
Stay informed about industry best practices emerging technologies and SAP updates relevant to the meat industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

All 8 of these resources have the same expectation: current/future state process mapping leveraging Camunda/Signavio to document Logistics processes utilizing the BPMN standard.
Will also be expected to translate these into business requirements

Qualifications:
Minimum of 810 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in SAP implementation projects within the meat industry with a focus on distribution processes.
Proficiency in SAP SD and/or SAP MM modules including configuration customization and integration with other SAP modules tailored to the meat industry.
Strong understanding of distribution processes within the meat industry including order management inventory tracking and logistics.
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g. ASAP Agile) and project management principles specific to the meat industry.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate meat industryspecific business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in the meat industry at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines in the context of the meat industry.
SAP certification(s) in relevant modules (preferred).
Experience working in the meat industry or related sectors (preferred).
