Role: QA Automation Engineer with Pega Testing & EDI Claims Experience Location: Remote Duration: Fulltime Job Description: Skills: EDI Claims Pega testing Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand testing requirements and acceptance criteria. Design and develop automated test scripts using test automation frameworks and tools. Execute automated test scripts to verify software functionalities and uncover defects. Identify and document software defects and issues working closely with developers to resolve them. Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes and enhancements do not adversely affect existing features. Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports to stakeholders and the development team. Maintain and update automated test suites to keep pace with changes in software functionality. Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing processes. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and testability. Collaborate with manual testers to identify test scenarios suitable for automation. Stay updated with the latest testing tools methodologies and industry best practices. Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Appium or Cypress. Solid programming skills in languages like Java Python C# or JavaScript for test script development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins TeamCity). Understanding of software testing methodologies test case design and defect tracking. Detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills to convey test results and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous. Relevant testing certifications such as ISTQB are beneficial but not mandatory.
