Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Lead to help us get to the next level.

What Youll Do:

  • Responsible for owning and managing all activities and initiatives in ensuring that a great customer experience is delivered consistently so that it leads to strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives who provide low to moderately complex customer support.
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding escalated customer inquiries to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with management key stakeholders business partners and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Interact directly with external customers
  • Manage financial resources for the Customer Service Department
  • Ensure that the teams competencies are where they need to be by providing the necessary training and resources.
  • Track report and maintain quality productivity and service measures.

Job Qualifications

  • 23 years of Manager or Team Lead Experience in a call center setting
  • Knows the teams Key Performance Indicators and can drive the team to meet or exceed
  • Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fastpaced environment

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: $60000.00 $70000.00 per year

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
