Job Location Kolkata/Mumbai (Hybrid mode with 3 days in office)

Must Have Skills/Competencies:

Collect organize and analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Design and create interactive dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Excel) to communicate complex information effectively.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.

Interpret data and present findings to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and datadriven decisionmaking.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and dashboard creation.

Nice to Have Skills/Competencies:

Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or related field.

At Least 3 to 5 years experience working with data analysis tools and databases (e.g. SQL PythonR Excel).

Good understanding of Dashboard

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
