Requirements

*You have several years of professional experience in online or performance marketing. Ideally your profile is rounded off with knowledge of ActiveCampaign Zoho or another CRM tool.

*You are passionate about trying out new ideas and strategies in funnel marketing and campaign planning and you love to test and learn in highspeed mode.

*You are no stranger to ROAS and you use budgets efficiently.

*Creativity and an affinity for numbers go hand in hand for you you know how to gain insights from data and derive successful strategies from them.

*You keep a cool head in dynamic situations and juggle several projects at the same time with ease.

*Very good German language skills (min. C1)

*Structured work and attention to detail are not foreign words for you but daily practice.

*With your communication skills and team spirit you turn every project into a success story.

*Independence and reliability are not just buzzwords for you but your philosophy of life.

Hiring Process

1) Initial video call to get to know the candidate.

2) If successful an onsite meeting in Cologne involving key team members lasting approximately 34 hours.

3) Decision or potential followup meetings based on the initial interactions.
