Our Finance Department is looking for a new Senior FP&A Manager Cash Management (m/f/d)!
In this pivotal role youll be at the forefront of our cash management optimizing liquidity & improving the cash conversion cycle in collaboration with our business stakeholders. Your tasks will include:
- Being the gotoperson for our finance leadership and company management regarding all cashrelated matters
- Overseeing all aspects of cash management including coordinating weekly payment runs and liaising with operational teams
- Developing and refining liquidity planning and reporting strategies for optimal efficiency
- Streamlining and automating cashrelated processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Spearheading initiatives to improve Net Working Capital in collaboration with key business stakeholders
- Designing and generating various dashboards and reports tailored for internal stakeholders
- Mentoring and guiding a team of junior members (2) to foster professional growth and development
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of Business Administration Finance or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a startup being reponsible for Cash Management & Net Working Capital optimization
- Prior experience working with banks or other financial institutions
- Excellent English and German skills
- You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or you are ready to relocate for your new position!
- You are skilled in MS Office & MS Dynamics. Experience with BigQuery or Tableau is a plus
- You inspire with your proactive attitude and constant reliability
- Your mind is analytically driven and focused on creating business impact at the same time
- Your communication style is concise and to the point
