We are currently seeking a ITAusschreibungsmanager to join our team. The role will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients for our software development services through the tender process.

Tasks

  • Your main responsibility will be preparation and submission of a set of documents for participation in ITtenders in Germany.
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients by monitoring tender platforms tenders and RFPs.
  • Collaborate closely with the software development team to understand capabilities offerings and value propositions.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements provide solutions and address any concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and successful project outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with tender processes and platforms is a must.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or related field.

  • Proven track record in sales or business development preferably within the software development industry.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies technologies and solutions.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
