Were seeking a strategic and detailoriented Preconstruction Manager to join our team at a wellestablished client in the construction industry!
Our client is a leader in the construction industry. and is searching for a proactive professional to lead the preconstruction phase of their projects. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring project feasibility developing accurate budgets and schedules and setting the stage for successful construction.
Responsibilities:
Manage the preconstruction process for assigned projects from initial feasibility studies to bid packaging.
Collaborate with architects engineers and designers to ensure project designs meet budget schedule and constructability requirements.
Develop detailed cost estimates and create comprehensive project schedules using industrystandard software.
Assist in the selection and qualification of subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and manage bid packages for subcontractors and vendors.
Conduct constructability reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Manage project budgets and ensure costeffectiveness throughout the preconstruction phase.
Prepare clear and concise preconstruction documents for project stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment.
Identify and manage project risks proactively.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in preconstruction management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of construction methods materials and costs.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience with cost estimating and scheduling software.
Effective communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
