SENIOR ACCOUNTANT R60kR50k pm CBD CAPE TOWN
Our client a Global Logistics Entity is looking for a Gogetter Senior Accountant. Room for growth within the Entity.
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Accounts receivable
- Prepare and distribute client invoices update clients Statement of Accounts follow up with clients about outstanding payments
- Post client invoices
- Post bank statements and perform bank reconciliations
- Verify correctness of vendor invoices via an established reconciliation process
- Post supplier invoices
- Reconcile and post Senior Management expenses
- Assist with monthend close and preparation of financial statements
- Assist with financial analysis of various projects or initiatives
- Contribute to the improvement of the existing accounting processes
- Build crossfunctional relationships across the company
Requirements
Requirements:
- Finance Degree plus artcles
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Advanced Excel
- XERO Software QBO software advantageous
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Practical and logical approach to resolving business problems
- Professional proactive open to learning
