Job Description

- Resolve repair and Install fiber optic infrastructure and upgrade existing ones.
- Performing troubleshooting on fiber optic network to identify points of failure and provide solutions
- Execute premises cabling and take care of the underground and underwater cabling requirements
- Examine and replace faulty and old fiber optic cables and also organize scheduled maintenance routines
- Maintain accurate records of fiber optics network installation splicing activities test results and equipment inventory.
- Generate reports detailing project progress performance metrics and any deviation from project plans.
Requirements
- Experience in fiber optic maintenance installation and design.
- OND HND or Bachelors degree in Engineering Information communication technology or related field.
- Good understanding of Fiber tools such as Splicing machine OTDR VFL.
- proficiency in fiber optic splicing termination and testing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications a plus.
Experience in fiber optic maintenance, installation and design. OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information communication technology or related field. Good understanding of Fiber tools such as Splicing machine, OTDR, VFL. proficiency in fiber optic splicing, termination and testing techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
