About the Role
Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to partner with business leaders have a proven track record of building and improving complex financial models have excellent collaboration skills be agile and innovative. This is a highly strategic role that is expected to build processes and drive insights and action that lead to measurable impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to develop and lead models and dashboards to understand our digital gotomarket motion
- Surface key insights to help steer the key focus areas for the business
- Build strong collaborative relationships with key business partners across the organization to build cohesive insights
- Develop financial Frameworks to help drive strategic business decisions provide insight into ROI and track progress against the organization s strategic goals
- Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting distilling/synthesizing key trends assessing current and future business risk and communicating key messages to senior leadership
- Lead Adhoc projects in support of business initiatives
- Pilot global finance initiatives involving broad cross functional teams
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting
- Professional certification such as CFA ACCA or CPA
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with finance or supporting a selfserve business
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence effectively
- Demonstration of leadership and management capabilities
- Outstanding critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly
- Strong sense of ownership ability to prioritize and work in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SaaS and Marketing Metrics such as ARR CAC LTV ACV Churn pipeline creation digital sales and more
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
