On Site Villa ManagerMarbella
Our client is looking for a On Site Villa Manager to look after a luxurious 8bedroom villa (1100 square metre built and 5000 square metre plot) located in Marbella.
Responsibilities
Undertake small repairs painting and maintenance of the villa.
Oversee and coordinate staff on site.
Organise cleaning and maintenance services.
Purchase goods and services at the owner s request.
Occasional collection from airport.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish
Must have general maintenance skills and experience.
Must have a valid driving license and car.
Available Monday to Friday for 4 hours each morning onsite at the villa.
Package
900 net on a contract or freelance
Hours: 9.00 to 13.00
