As a crucial member of our team youll wield the power to forge new paths and drive success. Your role is pivotaldiscovering new sales prospects crafting and closing deals and weaving strong customer relationships are just the tip of the iceberg. Heres what youll do:

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets ensuring the Future Group remains a leader in the localization industry.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work handinhand with marketing brand management project management and client service teams to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.
  • Account Management: Manage key accounts meticulously guaranteeing customer retention and identifying opportunities for cooperation expansion.
  • Sales Process Mastery: Track and manage every stage of the sales process from lead identification to securing key client engagements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements to enable strategic decisionmaking.
  • Client Relationships: Forge lasting connections preparing and presenting compelling business proposals and presentations that resonate with our clients.

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • Experience: 23 years in Account Management Project Management or a relevant position in the localization industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CAT tools and Trados for word count logs is advantageous.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding writing and verbal skills to engage and persuade.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong time management interpersonal skills problemsolving prowess and a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Presentation Skills: The ability to deliver persuasive impactful presentations.
