MW Partners is currently seeking a Executive Assistant to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the EVPs calendar schedule appointments and coordinate meetings both internally and externally.
- Prepare and edit correspondence presentations and other documents as needed.
- Handle phone calls emails and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations including flights hotels and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel agendas ensuring all arrangements align with the EVPs preferences and business objectives.
Departmental Liaison:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including senior executives department heads and external partners.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between the EVPs office and various departments ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
Project Management:
- Assist the EVP in overseeing various projects and initiatives within Programming Operations and related departments including Business & Legal Affairs Talent Relations and Physical Production.
- rack project milestones deadlines and deliverables providing regular updates and reports to the EVP as needed.
Special Projects and Events:
- Coordinate special projects events and industry engagements on behalf of the EVP collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare materials agendas and presentations for meetings conferences and industry events attended by the EVP.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of previous Executive Assistant experience on a highvolume entertainment desk at an agency studio network production company etc.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for television and desire for a career in development/programming
- Forward thinker who will anticipate needs of the executive
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Must have excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
- Capacity to engage professionally with peers associates executives at every level.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
