Savings and Cards Associate

As the Savings and Card Associate in TF Bank you will be responsible for managing operational tasks related to savings and card products. Your role will involve overseeing routine processes for savings within the Group and handling cardrelated activities specifically tailored to the Norwegian market. You will ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction regarding savings accounts and card products addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the routine for savings in the Group and cards for the Norwegian market.
  
• Ensure daily execution of operational tasks related to savings including application reviews and withdrawal processing.
  
• Take overall operational responsibility for savings accounts in Norway.
  
• Facilitate communication with external savings brokers.
  
• Establish and maintain operational routines for accurate savings reporting.
  
• Collaborate with the team on other savings and card related topics.
  
• Follow up om chargeback handling for Norwegian cards.
  
• Overall operational responsibility and expertise for savings accounts for Norway.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelors degree.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
• Experienced in Excel.
• Enjoy handling diverse tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptable to timelines and committed to delivering quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with teams and individuals from all over the organization.
