Graphic Designer - Egis

The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating complex landscape projects into visually engaging graphics renderings and 3D models. The primary focus is on producing highquality visuals for client reporting as well as supporting the tendering phase for construction. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to ad hoc projects instructed by clients ensuring the delivery of compelling visual materials.

1. Client Reporting Graphics:
o Collaborate with the design team to produce graphics for client reports summarizing project progress milestones and key design elements.
o Develop visual materials that effectively communicate design concepts changes and enhancements to clients.
2. Renderings and 3D Models:
o Create realistic and aesthetically pleasing 3D renderings and models of landscape projects.
o Utilize software such as SketchUp Rhino or similar tools to bring design concepts to life in three dimensions.
3. Tendering Support:
o Generate graphics and visuals for tendering documents to assist in conveying the design intent to potential construction contractors.
o Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure graphics align with tendering requirements and project specifications.
4. Ad Hoc Project Visualizations:
o Design visual materials for ad hoc projects instructed by clients tailoring graphics to meet specific project requirements and client preferences.
o Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand and incorporate unique aspects of each ad hoc project into visual representations.
5. Collaboration with Design Team:
o Work collaboratively with landscape architects engineers and other design professionals to understand project objectives and incorporate them into visual materials.
o Actively participate in crossdisciplinary team meetings to align graphics with project goals.
6. Quality Assurance:
o Conduct quality checks on all graphic materials ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to branding guidelines.
o Incorporate feedback from project teams and clients to refine and enhance visual deliverables.
7. Staying Updated on Design Trends:
o Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design 3D modeling and rendering techniques.
o Implement innovative and contemporary design approaches to enhance the visual appeal of project materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) 3D modeling software (e.g. SketchUp Rhino) and rendering tools.

Experience:

5 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on producing renderings and 3D models.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics for client reporting and project presentations.
Familiarity with landscape architecture or related design fields is advantageous.
