Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an earlystage nature travel hospitality sustainable and very design and brand driven startup.

We are fuelled by passion for mindfulness nature storytelling and unique design experiences. We design manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness mindfulness and unforgettable memories in nature.

Tasks

JOB INTRO:

As an Management Assistant (m/f/d) (Personal Assistant Executive Assistant to the CEO) you will work very closely with the Founder & CEO and together drive the strategic and operational direction of the company forward. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting in all daytoday tasks.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE

  • Working handinhand / very closely with and reporting directly to the founder / CEO.
  • Responsible for all organizational and administrational tasks for and around our founder / CEO.
  • Supporting in all administrative tasks within the company.
  • Run errands drive to cabin locations.
  • Support in accounting expenses / invoice management.
  • You assist with monthly reporting and provide support in preliminary accounting (management of receipts and invoices).
  • Supporting in investor relations and communication with business partners suppliers and brands.
  • You take on communication and coordination with partners suppliers and brands.
  • You support and respond to inquiries and emails.
  • You assist with cabin advertising productions / video and photo productions outdoors in nature including practical and physical activities (decoration staging etc.).
  • You assist with shopping and errands including trips to places like the hardware store Ikea etc. as well as to the cabin itself.

Requirements

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Highly positive service oriented and problem solving mindeset.
  • Background / in experience in hospitality hotel or startup work environment.
  • Passion to support others and always find a solution.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail strong problem solving skills and a proactive kind attitude.
  • High empathy curiosity and the will to shape and drive positive change.
  • Solutionsfocussed; always aiming to provide a way forward out of complex situations.
  • Bring a yes I can do leave it with me I will take care of it positive and problem solving mentality
  • Proven understanding of integrity trust and discretion as youll be dealing with strictly confidential topics.
  • Experience in customer service hotel front desk management or similar is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German (is a must)
  • You possess a valid drivers license (Class B) as well as active driving experience and a willingness to drive to suppliers partners cabin locations etc.
  • High empathy curiosity and the willingness to create and drive positive changes.
  • You should be flexible and able to easily adapt to constantly changing and evolving dynamic work environments.
