Glow25 is now another very successful brand in the Primal family a collagen company that is setting new standards in the well aging market. This is where we need your support:

Were searching for a trailblazing Head of Content & Copy who will masterfully steer our brands narrative across diverse platforms. This role is crucial for marrying visionary creative content strategy with robust direct response copywriting and profound marketing psychology dramatically amplifying our brands presence and impact globally.

Strategic brand narrative leadership:

  • Architect and execute a transformative content and copy strategy that adheres to Glow25s ambitious business objectives and resonant brand voice across all channels including digital social print and broadcast media.
  • Champion the creation of content that not only resonates and engages but also converts ensuring all communications reflect the brands core message and drive substantial market engagement.
  • Ensure that every piece of content whether its for a product launch brand campaign or customer engagement is crafted to resonate across multiple platforms. Each channel has a unique audience and requires a tailored approach that maintains the consistency of the brands voice while optimizing engagement and conversions.

Master of direct response copywriting and conversiondriven creativity:

  • Lead a team that crafts compelling copy that drives consumer action at every crucial point of contact with the brand. This includes meticulously written email campaigns that encourage clicks and conversions persuasive landing pages designed to captivate and convert and highly targeted advertisements that speak directly to the consumers needs and desires.
  • Implement a systematic approach to testing variations of copy and design to determine the most effective elements for driving user engagement and conversions. This iterative process is crucial for understanding what resonates best with the audience allowing for finetuned adjustments that enhance campaign performance.

MultiChannel Content Deployment:

  • Systematic content management and distribution: Oversee the deployment of content across multiple channels ensuring consistent and strategic placement that aligns with Glow25s marketing goals. This includes managing the implementation of content across digital platforms and direct marketing materials to maintain a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Crossplatform consistency: Ensure that all content reflects the Glow25 brand voice and message regardless of the platform or language. This involves close collaboration with the localization teams to adapt the content for different regional markets while maintaining the core messages integrity.

Management of multilingual content:

  • Team coordination: Lead a team of content managers who are responsible for the handson implementation of content across platforms. This includes planning scheduling and overseeing the execution of content across various regions and languages.
  • Resource allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and personnel to manage content needs across multiple projects and markets. This includes setting priorities managing timelines and ensuring that team efforts are aligned with the companys overarching content calendar.

Quality control and standardization:

  • Upholding brand standards: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all content meets Glow25s high standards for accuracy relevance and brand alignment. This includes regular reviews and updates to content to adapt to changing market conditions or new brand initiatives.
  • Best Practices and Training: Develop and maintain a set of best practices for content creation and distribution. Provide training and guidance to the content management team to ensure best practices are applied consistently enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of Glow25s global content.

Leadership and team development:

  • Lead a dynamic team of copywriters and content strategists nurturing a culture of creativity precision and impact.
  • Encourage a collaborative atmosphere where innovative ideas are celebrated and team members are empowered to take initiative and push the boundaries of content creation.

Impactful Performance Analysis:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for content and copy initiatives using data to drive strategic adjustments.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on content effectiveness offering insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future strategies.

You have the following experience:

  • You speak German and English fluently.
  • Extensive experience in a toptier role such as Content Director or Head of Copy with a proven track record in a highgrowth dynamic environment.
  • Stellar portfolio showcasing successful direct response campaigns and compelling storytelling.
  • Robust leadership skills with a history of developing and managing highperforming creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of modern content strategy consumer psychology and digital marketing tactics including SEO and advanced social media strategies.
  • Exceptional project management abilities capable of managing multiple highstake projects in a fastpaced environment.
