Senior Analyst RTR

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Record to Report (RTR) team. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and executing various tasks within the accounting cycle ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accountancy business finance or related fields along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthend and yearend close processes including journal entries accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline RTR processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation explanations and reconciliations as required.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members fostering their professional growth and development.
• Stay updated on industry best practices accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial reporting processes systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to address inquiries resolve issues and provide insights into financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accountancy business finance or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferably in RTR or similar functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices including GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
• Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
