Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install commission and maintain instruments meeting client needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair QPatch & Qube systems for uninterrupted operation.
- Train clients on instrument usage maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and build strong client relationships.
- Document service activities and collaborate with teams for product improvement.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering related field or equivalent certification.
- Experience with field service work and service management systems.
- Knowledge of liquid handling devices and network configuration.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and teamwork skills.
