Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Install commission and maintain instruments meeting client needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair QPatch & Qube systems for uninterrupted operation.
• Train clients on instrument usage maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and build strong client relationships.
• Document service activities and collaborate with teams for product improvement.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering related field or equivalent certification.
• Experience with field service work and service management systems.
• Knowledge of liquid handling devices and network configuration.
• Excellent problemsolving communication and teamwork skills.
