Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Direct Sales Manager to join our team in the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents to drive revenue growth and expand our agency network.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product adoption
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Strong leadership abilities and teambuilding experience
- Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus
