Purpose of the role:
The Client Development Coordinator serves as the key liaison between Client Development Managers Client Directors and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) ensuring the seamless implementation of tailored client strategies aligned with Bombays commercial objectives. This role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction fostering loyalty and optimizing client experiences across various Bombay Club ecosystemrelated matters both online and offline. Additionally the Coordinator identifies opportunities for synergy within the broader Yolo Group to maximize client benefits and advocates for the Bombay brand with professionalism and positivity.
Your responsibilities will be:
Ensure the commercial needs of Bombay are met while supporting the development of a longterm clientBombay relationship by:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Client Development Managers and Client Directors providing operational support in cultivating and nurturing professional relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
- Collaborate with Client Development Managers and Client Directors to devise and implement tailored client strategies aligned with Bombays commercial objectives.
- Administer client onboarding processes including reload bonuses and cashback to augment client satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Cultivate expertise in the Bombay Club brand services events and experiences to offer comprehensive support to clients.
- Assist clients on various Bombay Club ecosystemrelated matters such as casino sportsbook rewards crypto and events both online and offline.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to optimize client experiences and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
- Identify opportunities for synergies within the broader Yolo Group and utilize them to enhance client benefits.
- Aid Client Development Managers and Client Directors in establishing and monitoring commercial targets and analyze client performance KPIs to inform decisionmaking.
- Oversee the management of clients online gaming accounts and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client information to facilitate personalized experiences and effective client management.
- Evaluate feedback from service teams and update client databases accordingly to enhance service delivery.
- Analyze individual client behavior and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Client Development Managers and Client Directors.
- Represent and advocate for the Bombay brand professionally and positively embodying its values and ethos at all times.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in clientfacing roles within the service or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and problemsolving abilities demonstrated through previous experience.
- Proficient in data analysis with a keen eye for identifying and interpreting trends.
- Familiarity with the Casino or Sportsbook sector is advantageous though not mandatory.
- Capable of cultivating robust relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
