RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Management
- Manage daytoday office operations including but not limited to office supplies procurement equipment maintenance and vendor management
- Coordinate with building management for any officerelated issues or requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Employee wellbeing
- Organize teambuilding activities social events and celebrations to foster a positive work culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to office facilities and environment
- Maintain and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and wellbeing
Administrative and organizational Support
- Handle mail deliveries for the office and order for our employees
- Organize and maintain our merchandise to users and partners
- Support with organizing trips events and all kinds of meetings/gettogethers
Communication
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees as well as external stakeholders regarding officerelated matters
- Communicate important updates announcements and reminders to the team as needed
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Maintain safety protocols and procedures including emergency evacuation plans and firstaid kits
