Job Purpose
- To help in identifying early warning signals develop system to help end users in various business units
- To initiate corrective action (workout plans for exit accounts and potential NPL accounts) in a timely manner through the local business and credit teams
- To help in implementation of system initiatives of the unit
- To track the distribution of the portfolio in terms of risk type product suite regional nuances granularity customer grading etc.
- To be a repository for critical information on the portfolio
- Handling all regulatory aspects of MSME segment and help in formulating policy for SME segment of the bank.
Job Responsibilities
Analysis of Portfolio & Customer Behaviour
- Analyze the portfolio by way of granularity vintage etc
- Highlight management in case of any divergence observed
- Analyze portfolio collateral coverage
- Delinquency tracking
- Monitoring feedback on delinquency
- Banding of individual customer basis a/c behavior
- Providing triggers to front end on portfolio
Portfolio Monitoring
- Analyze impact of RBI regulations exchange rate fluctuations on the portfolio
- Impact of reporting on portfolio
- Analyze specific industry wherein deviant behavior observed like Agri
- Publish reports for management consumption / action on delinquency portfolio behaviour TAT etc
- Review monthly report of TAT approval % etc to ensure unit is adhering to required benchmark
- Publish monthly Newsletter for the unit
System Support & Digitization
- Provide complete requirement to IT & BTG to help line business and credit teams
- Carrying out UAT wherever required
- Ensuring training of all stakeholders on system
- Obtain line requirement on smoothening of process and providing solution for the same
- Any system requirement to be analyzed and discussed with IT / BTG
- Help the unit for faster adoption of digitization journey
Candidate Profile
CA / MBA with 2 years experience in Credit. Monitoring Early Warning Signal (EWS) Risk Monitoring or Portfolio Monitoring
