Job Summary Our client seeks a Head of Data & Analytics to spearhead strategic initiatives supporting our mission. Youll lead a growing team providing crucial datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and program scalability. Reporting to the Director of Research Design and Evaluation youll be based in Nairobi Kenya.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with our clients mission
  
• Build usercentered dashboards integrating realtime data for informed decisionmaking
  
• Analyze program outcomes and health metrics applying statistical models for improvement
  
• Ensure highquality ethical data practices in line with global standards
  
• Lead a talented Data & Analytics team fostering growth and delivering impactful insights
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Masters degree in Data Science Statistics or related field
  
• 7 years of relevant experience including 3 years in a managerial role
  
• Proficiency in statistical tools like STATA SPSS SAS or R
  
• Knowledge of SQL and NonRelational Databases
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  
• Experience in networking with government and research institutions
  
• Selfmotivated with a strategic mindset and problemsolving abilities
  

Contract Period This position is initially for 12 months with the possibility of renewal.
