Tasks

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently checkin and checkout guests ensuring accurate reservation details.
• Provide information about the hostels facilities services and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage phone and email correspondence including reservations and cancellations.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
