Job Description
- 2-3 years experience in networks field is a must (Extra is NOT an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge in Helpdesk support.
- Excellent knowledge in Switching & Routing with different venders such Cisco, HP, Juniper...
- Excellent knowledge in Windows Servers , manage users via active directory and build security by group policy management.
- Managing windows hyper V deployments.
- Installation and configuration for firewalls.
- NAS / storage installation and configuration .
- Good knowledge in backup solutions.
- Antivirus installation packages on server and clients
- Creating access permissions on folders and printers using windows NTFS permissions.
- Routers and access point’s installations and management.
- Handling technical issues for the client IT and operations departments.
- Cloud Solutions (Azure & Office365) knowledge is Plus
- CCNA & MCSA is Plus
