We are looking for a passionate and experienced Training Manager to join our growing team!
In this role you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering impactful training programs for our agency channel network across given region.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) to identify the specific training requirements for agency personnel at all levels.
- Design and develop engaging and effective training programs aligned with the companys sales methodology life insurance products and IRDAI regulations.
- Stay uptodate on industry best practices and regulatory changes incorporating them into training content.
- Deliver training programs using a variety of instructional methods fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure learning outcomes.
- Analyze feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine training content.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Distribution teams to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Build strong working relationships with other Learning & Development (L&D) professionals to ensure program alignment and consistency across the agency channel.
- Oversee the activities of trainers (internal or external) and ensure the quality of training delivery.
- Track and report on training program metrics and contribute to the overall success of the L&D function.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Training & Development or a related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNAs).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programs.
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
