- Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with new leads and customer data.
- Monitor and optimize data quality within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless information flow and effective lead management.
- Develop and implement data handling protocols to enhance system efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reports from CRM data to assist in decisionmaking and strategy planning.
Requirements
- 12 years of relevant work experience in CRM data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM softwares.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
