Marketing Assistant

Our Company:

Our client has become one of the major retailer distributor and wholesaler stationary in the country. The client has 46 years of experience in the industry and they are looking for Marketing Assistant to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling the creative design content ideas for social media and ecommerce as well as offlinematerials including create photos videos & else
• Assist in planning monthly social media and digital marketing materials in advance with the theme & strategy.
• Analyze social media performance metrics conduct postcampaign evaluations and provide datadriven recommendations for future promotional activities.
• Assist to monitor online platform and facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Assist to manage the marketing materials: leaflets posters flyers enewsletters ebanner when require.
• Communicate with talent / artist via social media such as local bloggers and influencers to collaborate create a strong network
• Manage daily ecommerce orders stocks inventory customer inquiries and maintain good customers review and services
• Update company website profile and product listing
• Prepare and execute for events such as exhibitions book fair roadshow workshop and charity activities
• Work closely with printing supplier communicate and develop effective POS Materials and other equipment
• Assist marketing manager in brainstorming formulation & implementation of new trending effective and innovative marketing strategies to increase the brands awareness.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
• Provide added value to the sales and marketing capabilities of the company.
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Description:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin English Bahasa Malaysia
  
• Fresh graduates with internship experience will have added advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Illustrator Photoshop Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
• Required Skill (s): Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills Presentation Skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Remuneration:

• RM 2800.00 RM 3200.00
