Responsibilities:

  1. Outstanding Customer Support: As a Remote DutchSpeaking Customer Advisor your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding assistance to Dutchspeaking customers across various channels such as email chat and phone. Handle inquiries provide product information process orders and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Order Management: Manage customer orders by overseeing processing tracking and resolving any issues. Collaborate with internal teams logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Stay updated on product features promotions and policies to effectively address customer queries.
  4. Issue Resolution: Identify and address customer problems promptly finding suitable solutions. Escalate complex cases as needed to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  5. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback suggestions and complaints to identify areas for improvement. Work with crossfunctional teams to implement proactive measures and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or ecommerce is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability to a fastpaced environment.
