Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description:We are looking for a detailoriented and resultsdriven Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing initiatives. As the Email Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns optimizing performance and driving business results. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver targeted and personalized email communications that resonate with our audience and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
2. Create and manage email marketing campaigns including planning scheduling segmentation targeting and deployment.
3. Design and code email templates and layouts using HTML and CSS ensuring compatibility with various email clients and devices.
4. Write compelling and engaging copy for email campaigns subject lines and callstoaction (CTAs) that drive opens clicks and conversions.
5. Segment email lists based on audience demographics behaviors and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized communications.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as open rates clickthrough rates conversion rates and revenue generated to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
7. Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve email performance including subject lines content CTAs and sending times.
8. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices CANSPAM regulations and GDPR guidelines.
9. Collaborate with design content and marketing teams to align email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
10. Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in email marketing and recommend innovative approaches to drive results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
3. Strong understanding of email marketing principles best practices and industry standards.
4. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools such as Mailchimp Constant Contact or HubSpot.
5. Experience with HTML and CSS for email template design and coding.
6. Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy for email campaigns.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data analyze trends and make datadriven decisions.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
9. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work in a fastpaced environment.
