Job Description

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources functions ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate postings screening and interviews.
  • Manage onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
  • Address inquiries and grievances.
  • Mediate conflicts and promote a positive culture.
  • Manage investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management:
  • Administer performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist in developing training programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Handle payroll inquiries.
  • Compliance & Legal Matters:
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate HR records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
  • Proven HR management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
  • Certification in HR preferred.

Pay: BD1500.000 BD1700.000 per month
