You will be updated with latest job alerts via email● Contacting potential or existing Jo Academy customers to inform them about services and product information using scripts.
● Making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
● Serving as Jo Academy professional representative when dealing with customer communications.
● Documenting each call as per company and departmental policies and procedures
● Following up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
● Applying a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers.
● Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
● Communicating effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
● Identifying opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions.
● Developing in-depth knowledge of Jo Academy products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
● Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
● Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
● Opening customer accounts by recording account information, and maintaining customer records by updating account information.
● Assuming additional responsibilities as requested.
