Ensure operating flow of assigned projects (e.g. Trade contract process management, data gathering and integrity, data analysis and reporting, collection and consolidation of business requirements, etc.), monitor the performance and implement routine actions that ensure their correct application. Collaborate with team members, Finance, GIP and Marketing Departments, respecting the commercial strategies, the budget constraints and deadlines
Provide support to the Commercial Planning Manager, to guarantee the process execution in order to maximize the results related to the assigned objectives. Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports based on assigned objectives on volumes analysis, KPI’s evaluation and ensure data integrity
Ensure support to the team and the field force, giving assistance on assigned projects area contributing in the development of Field Force cycle meetings, explaining objectives and activities. Provide the tools to suit the needs of the field force, such as pre-defined reports on the company's business intelligence system, collaborate with account managers and follow the commercial strategy
Ensure preparing and delivering sales reports to the relevant parties such as, sell in - sell out records, OOS, TMR performance, sales overtime and vacations usage and other reports prepared and issued by Sales team, also responsible to analyze and develop KPI's and TMR Performance Tracking report - reporting the sales opportunity and room for improvement inside sales processes
