Sales Development RepresentativeKey Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and discovering new sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engage sales executives for further development, and move leads through the sales process.
- Sales Strategy Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to refine the company’s lead-generation playbook.
- Needs Analysis: Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Market Exploration: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and reengage old leads who have not previously converted.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Reporting: Report to the founding team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to track progress and impact.

- Proven experience in a sales development role, preferably within the health and wellness industry.

- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
