Position: Program Manager
Location: Redmond WA (100% Remote job)
Job Description
Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery. Interface with clients on technical and business issues. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
- Ability to lead large business or engineering programs from inception to implementation in partnership with a product manager an engineering lead/team and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to evaluate requirements perform gap assessments and develop achievable execution and/or remediation plans
- Action and results oriented selfstarter with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete information
- Ability to interface across groups on both business and technical matters
- Strong project management skill set with the ability to work independently to drive projects through delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements to management control owners and app/service/environment owners and teams
- Proven track record of achieving success through teamwork collaboration leading and influencing without authority resolving conflict and measuring results
- Proven track record working in an Agile environment
- Strong Azure DevOps and Azure fundamentals experience

- Program Management / Scrum Master (ADO) (10 YOE) they will be Scrum master for this team and drive processes
- Data Warehouse Experience (did not have to be a DDA or tech analysis need to have experience running the programs) (10 YOE)
- Power BI dashboards data analytical skills (10 YOE)
