Job Description
Job Summary: Our client has implemented Citrix and now needs someone to be the goto person for Citrix support and training. Great opportunity to join a truly global organization and own the technical area of Citrix.
Requirements:
- 5 years working with Citrix
- Strong experience supporting users at all levels of seniority and technical knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage Citrix issues with a broad knowledge in this space.
- Experience working with Ivanti
- Calm professional with customer service mindset.

- CCEE
