Job Description
- Perform Front end Sales in Heat Exchanger market independently.
- Ensure OI Targets are achieved with an Order Intake of Rs.1520 Cr.
- Generate Sales Opportunity across the product range offerings for the assigned vertical market segment and convert them into prospects.
- Has to lead the process independently from enquiry initiation or enquiry generation client engagement discussions with consultant / client final negotiations towards order closure.
- Account planning and execution using CRM tools. Manage enquiry pipeline forecast generate new opportunities for profitable growth.
Has to network with clients engineering consultants EPC companies in the respective vertical market segment for the given region - Initiate the process of getting certified as approved vendor by Consultants Private Customers Government Agencies
- Good team player
- Ensure timely Collection of payment from Clients and Accounts Reconciliation
- Provide accurate forecast for the month quarter & year. Manage and forecast the sales pipeline
- Interface continuously and smoothly with internal company functions
- Project review with Crossfunctional teams for smooth execution of project.
- Project review meetings with customer / Consultant.
- Submission of project documents & getting approval from customer / consultant.
- Frequently visiting Customer site to understand the project status & customer requirements.
- Maintain cordial customer relationship
- Reporting project status to Customer / Management
