Job Description

Job Title SAP Compensation Module Modernization project from onprem to SAP ECP( Employee Central Payroll Solution) ( need Functional consultant )

Location Remote is ok

Visa No H1B No OPT No CPT

Duration 10 months

Rate $6575/hr on 1099 or self corp. $65/hr on W2

As part of Modernization process My client is upgrading SAP Compensation module and moving from onprem to SAP ECP ( SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution )

We need Sr. Functional candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place .

Core responsibility will be validation of Data when migration is taking place.

They will primarily need to do validation.

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role with hands on experience focused on Compensation and Variable Pay:

Should be Independently able to manage large implementation projects such as Compensation Worksheets Budget allocation Compensation Planning Compensation statements etc.

He should Adhere to system implementation standards and methodologies.

should have Good experience with SAP Integration Suite

We need good mix of Functional and Technical candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place .
