Supply Chain Planning Manager - Poland/DACH Cluster LeadResponsibilities
- Leading the cross-category planning processes for our Global Business Services.
- Managing the cross-category team and working closely with the organization to ensure the delivery of our Annual Operating Plan targets.
- Delivering key performance indicators such as service, inventory targets, and obsolescence.
- Collaborating with the business unit to ensure an effective monthly sales and operating plan cycle.
- Representing us at strategic meetings with the market as the integration point between the market and our global business services.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in all aspects of planning.
- Experience in line management.
- High level of knowledge and understanding of end-to-end supply systems and processes.
- Proficiency in product category planning.
- Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work with other functions or departments to address critical challenges as a result of market change or changes in technical, manufacturing, or end-to-end planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs.
- Understanding the links between production plans, plant annual operating plans, productivity initiatives, and customer service.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Problem-solving know-how and analytical skills.
- Mastery of planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization, etc.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to interact with multicultural teams spread across various geographies.
