Supply Chain Planning Analyst - Cairo Business Services
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities within supply planning teams.
- Align and coordinate activities to meet sector program rollout plan.
- Prepare reports on progress, blockers, hotspots, and escalations.
- Schedule and deliver training on new tools and processes to the planning teams.
- Interact with sector transformation leads to align priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create a transition activity plan for planning teams.
- Actively represent the planning team in project meetings and calls.
- Drive transformation program testing, validation, and sign-off activities.
- Acquire knowledge, take training, and gain exposure to the transformation programs.
- Support sector and transformation teams on design workshops sessions if required.
- Deliver all required testing activities to ensure the transformation capability functionality is fit for purpose.
- Document all bugs, issues, and functional gaps of pilot product vs aspirational design.
- Drive a parallel run of legacy solution and new capability functionality, securing process continuity.
- Deliver the formal sign-off of solution compliance.
- Coordinate with the Center of Excellence and sector transformation on functional support required to meet program timing scope.
- Build and document internal knowledge base to support training plans to target audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-5 years of supply chain experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience and proficiency in Supply Planning function, including inventory management, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Familiarity with supply planning tools such as Manugistics, Prolink.
- Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP usage is a plus.
- Project management skills, experience with Project Management Office (PMO) tools and processes.
- Ability to network, collaborate, and interact with people across different geographies, functions, and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Comfortable working with complex, fragmented data to drive insights.
- Experience in running business performance reporting analysis.
- Excellent organization skills and autonomy, ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with modern reporting and analytics tools and technologies.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into understandable and actionable items.
- Good social, communication, and influencing skills.
- Action-oriented attitude, demonstrating a drive for results and a passion for issue resolution.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and seniority levels.
- Ability to deliver conceptual presentations to management by translating complex technical features into business meaningful language.
