Tasks

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fresh produce and other products
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer experience
• Educate customers on the benefits of healthy eating and local agriculture
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS system accurately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote company values

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage retail industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and goals
