Join our journey

We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing intern to join us for a few months this summer of 2024 and help us supercharge our marketing efforts levelling up our early traction momentum! If you are comfortable with scrappiness uncertainty and constantly changing priorities so normal in the earlystage startup days you love this environment and you thrive in it please apply!

Youll have a unique opportunity to learn how an earlystage startup operates and help us make the first steps in stepping up our marketing and distribution game for our beautiful marketing automation software.

Tasks

What youll do

• Grow our early customer base. Bring the best ideas on how to grow our early customer base and validate the right marketing channels for ContentRadar. Lets experiment! We are open to test out the wildest ideas you might have!
• Ideate and execute! Be the mastermind of something we should definitely try and test and also build and execute it yourself. We will support you of course as much as we can! • Contribute to direction and execution. Collaborate closely with the founders to bring creative marketing solutions to life test implement maintain automate and optimize.
• Be scrappy and highly efficient. Sometimes we have to start by doing things that dont scale and move to more automated solutions later. In other situations we will need your help automating our existing marketing and outreach processes to make them more efficient.
• Help a nimble team thrive. Proactively contribute with ideas and concepts fostering an environment of learning and growth.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• A Business Administration student: ideally Masters
• Minimum internship duration: 2 months
• Ideally: Berlin as your main location for the internship duration
• Ideally: native or excellent level of English
• An entrepreneurial mindset eager to take on challenges in a fastpaced startup environment comfortable with fast decisionmaking and uncertainty at times
• Excellent problemsolving skills handson and a love for experiments

What makes it a good fit

• There is a lot to try out and to experiment with sometimes successfully sometimes not. Expect to be handson fail sometimes learn and iterate fast.
• Write design shoot videos and set up small paid ad experiments in short DIY!
• Suggest the wildest and the most original traction experiments convince us to do them (that will be easy) and execute autonomously.
• Track everything so we can evaluate what works and double down on that.
• You relish in the environment of an earlystage startup and like to try new things sometimes out of your comfort zone.

What doesnt make for a good fit

• You want to manage a team of designers and copywriters or an agency.
• Youd like to have someone telling you what to do all the time.
• You are looking for a laterstage established tech company with pingpong table and a dedicated feelgood manager. There are not (yet) long lists of benefits office perks etc. We work from WeWorks our kitchens coffee shops basically from anywhere and what matters are the results and making progress.

We are remotefirst but based in Europe (GMT 1 hour) Berlin

Our office is a mix of a coworking space home office and our founders kitchen

Regular facetoface monthly sessions with the team; definitely every quarter
