As a Salesforce/CRM Tester youll be comfortable with Testing salesforce applications and utilizing Azure DevOps for designing maintaining and executing test cases for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology Management and Budget. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Work in an agile environment and understand agile methodologies.
Participate in vendor requirement sessions with customers and understand the requirements and be comfortable writing Test Plans/Test Suites in Azure DevOps and easily maintainable for SOM.
Work with the customer vendor and Development Team to define Test scripts based on requirements for new projects and any future enhancements.
Proficiency in interpreting requirements/user stories and writing test cases using Azure DevOps.
Participate in defining and designing activities of the project engagement to ensure a full understanding of client requirements prepared by the project team.
Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments of the applications used by the enterprise.
Strong handson experience in writing positive and native test cases in Azure DevOps as per Salesforce Application needs.
Identify automation framework and make recommendations for improvements.
Familiarity with testing salesforce service cloud including web services and Rest API SOAP API and Bulk API using tools like SoapUI Postman or similar applications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.
Develops and writes automated test scripts and plans to ensure that software functions as expected.
Work with test engineers to implement new automation scripts and diagnose problems with existing scripts in a Continuous Integration environment.
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation testing tools.
Ensures the proposed solutions adhere to SOM security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.
Proven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology and an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decisionmaking table.
Devise a training plan for the team for a smooth and successful transition to Maintenance & Operations.
The successful candidate will be selfmotivated and can work under dynamic conditions and within deadlines.
