Job Summary:
Were seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive SME B2B sales particularly targeting small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. As a BDE youll play a crucial role in making these businesses understand the benefits of adopting our Fatafat product to scale their operations.


Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective franchisees showcasing the benefits of joining the Fatafat network and how our tech platform enhances their business operations.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective franchisees effectively articulating how our tech solutions can drive success and profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees offering ongoing support and guidance to optimize their utilization of our tech platform and marketing resources.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights from franchisees informing continuous improvements and enhancements to our tech platform and support services.

You should have:
  • Proven track record in sales preferably in the SaaS Edtech or B2B franchise industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.

Graduate/Post Graduate in any domain

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience

Your role & responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to drivers with negative balances. Explain how the outstanding amount is generated, and provide information on answering related queries. Ensure the meticulous and precise documentation of call records. Meet daily and weekly call targets by establishing a minimum of 100 connected calls per day. Conduct daily follow-ups with drivers. You Should Have: Excellent communication (Hindi) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated expertise in telemarketing or customer service. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
