Embedded Linux SW Engineer

• Responsible for the development of realtime embedded software/firmwarebased software applications.
  
• To Analyze domainspecific technical or lowlevel requirements and modification as per end customer or system requirements.
  
• Perform software testing including unit functional and system level requirements including manual and automated.
  
• Troubleshoots module/unitlevel software problems.
  
• Documenting technical deliverables like software specifications design documents code commenting test cases and test reports Release notes etc. throughout the project life cycle.
  
• Follow defined process for Software Development life cycle.
  
• Develops software solutions from established programming languages or by learning new languages required for a specific project
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years experience working with Embedded Linux Application programming.
  
• Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts Linux OS Inter Process Communication and multithreaded/multiprocess application development.
  
• Advanced C programming skills
  
• Intermediate Scripting (Shell/Python) skills
  
• Experience working with different embedded platforms like ARM/PowerPC processors and DSP based on Qualcomm TI NXP NVIDIA Intel processors.
  
• Strong sense of ownership passionate fast learner analytical mindset.
  
• You are curious flexible articulate and accountable.
  
• You value soft skills are thoughtful and selfmotivated.
  
• You know Linux systemlevel fundamentals e.g. cgroups namespaces apparmor
  
• Commitment to software testing code reviews and maintainable code
  
• You have a bachelor s or equivalent in Electrical/Computer Engineering/ComputerScience
