Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: 07:00 AM 03:30 PM PHT
Salary: Php40000..00
Signon Bonus: TBC
Our client has provided awardwinning international financial planning wealth management and pensions advice from dualqualified advisers authorised and regulated in the UK Switzerland the EU Australia the US and Hong Kong for the past 20 years. With offices on four continents their expertise and international licenses enable them to provide the right crossborder financial solutions wherever their clients are in the world. They are growing their support team to support their Financial Advisors in the Australasia region.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A FINANCIAL PARAPLANNER
Your Responsibilities as a Financial Paraplanner would be:
Statement of Advice Preparation
Record of Advice Preparation
Financial planner backoffice support
Customer support services
Paperwork such as file notes from attending online meetings in the background
Experience working with cashflow modelling systems; XTools or Voyant
Liaising with Insurance providers superannuation funds banks and other administrators
Mail management chat etc.
Experience of using Xplan
Paraplanning experience
Completing factfinding and risk profile questionnaires during meetings
Qualifications as a Financial Paraplanner:
Bachelors Degree in Finance Commerce or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience and track record in finance and investment or similar industry is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of office management and financial principles
Ability to multitask prioritize and adhere to deadlines
Proficient knowledge of market research techniques & databases
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Knowledge of financial processes from UK and Australasia
Proficient knowledge of CRM tools
Experience working in Financial systems (XPlan or Voyant)
Exquisite written and spoken communication and people skills
