Were partnering with a respected public accounting firm in Winter Garden Florida known for their dedication to client satisfaction. This firm provides financial and advisory services with integrity and innovation.
Position Overview: Our client is in need of a Tax Manager to lead their Winter Garden team. This role involves overseeing tax planning compliance and consulting services making a significant impact within the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure timely tax completion.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to optimize client finances.
- Review complex tax returns for compliance.
- Stay updated on tax regulations offering guidance to team and clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for firm growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA certification required.
- 4 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
